    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.Run a quarry
    2.restart the server
    3.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Instead of sucking up the items it mines, it just leaves them in the hole it is digging.

    What version of the product are you using?
    Latest version

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    there isn't an error log because it is just a glitch
