At the moment, it appears that the deployers are not working with the filters/pipes. In other words, they're not being fed by pipes set up to transport items to be deployed.

I've also discovered that the deployers will deploy Oak saplings even if loaded with Birch saplings. This may also be true for other varieties.

Occasionally, too, I'm finding that the deployers will sometimes revert to a paper item when broken; though it's difficult to reproduce.
