You have propbaly discovered that Essentials is a great plugin with a lot of features. Well it also take some ram to have all these features. TCCAdmin is a new plugin which is lightweight and only got the most needed features.

Almost done with the permissions and then I will add ban commands. When the ban commands is done I will release 1.1.
