• added the inventory management features "store and restore", "clear", "keep" and "reward"
• changed the processing of black- and whitelist.
  • Example: Now it is possible to blacklist the command "/warp" for a region but whitelist (=allow) the command "/warp somewhere" in this region. With this configuration player can user all warps except "somewhere" outside the region and only the warp "somewhere" in the region.
• added option to allow or deny cross-region block placement.
• minor fixes and region-security improvements

Notice: This should be the last "Beta" version. If everything is stable I'll define the next version as "Release".

The inventory section in the config file changed. At the first run the file-format will be automatically updated but some values for "enter" and "exit" do not work the same as in 1.1.1. Read Region Configuration and update your config-file manually!
