If the world the player is in is in the config list, then the player is moved within that world
If the player is in an unlisted world e.g. a TARDIS world or a Nether world, then a random world is chosen from the list and the player is sent there
Using the /twas angel command in the Nether will spawn a normal Skeleton not a Wither Skeleton
Daleks are now redisguised when they go through a Nether Portal
v2.0.3
When touched by a Weeping Angel, and the player is in a TARDIS world, don't teleport the player into the void - use the main world instead
Better Dalek re-disguising and counting
Complied against Bukkit 1.8
v2.0.2
Fixed Strax sometimes spawning as a baby
Added Strax to the /twas command

Changes
Monster numbers are now configurable per world:
After updating all monsters in all worlds will be set to zero, you will need to specifically set the maximum number per monster per world - use
the /twa [monster type|all] [world] [max] command
How many / how often monsters spawn is now a global setting for all monsters
New worlds will be added to the config on server start / reload - you can set the default maximum monster count for new worlds in the config
