A "Stamp" that when crafted to an item, makes it not drop on death. Killion Detention Center, a popular prison server, appears to have made this a reality, but is not releasing to the public :(

The way they have it, a "Stamp" is the piece that turns and item into a "Strange [Item Name]". You hold the item, type /craft, and if you have a stamp in your inventory, it creates a "Strange [Item Name]". Then you can proceed to attach strange parts to that item.

I dearly hope you can make this feature public to all through your official plugin :)
