StopNameChanging
Overview:
StopNameChanging stops players from changing their names, so you can update your plugins.

Config:
The message that players see when they are kicked for changing their name is configurable.
Permissions:
stopnamechanging.exempt - Exempt from Name Change Blocking
Bugs and Errors:
If you find any bugs or any errors post them below. Post the full server log in a Pastebin if there is an error.

Yes, It will work with any recent build of bukkit.

If it was accepted for a file release of 1.7.4, perhaps it would work with 1.7.2..
