When I set up the stats site, I followed the configuration but I have a problem. When I fill out the database information on the site. I get this error: Unable to connect to database - login credentials refusedI then checked my database files via PHPMyAdmin.I then realised that the plugin had create the files, on the database. There ware about 12.How can I fix this problem?
I am using the latest version of the plugin.

Config On Website

PHPMyadmin Tables

config.yml on server

The table prefix in the portal don't match with the prefix in the plugin config. But I'm not totally sure if this is causing this error.
Make sure the prefix in the plugin config matches the one in the web portal installation process. Also make sure you add an _ to the prefix in the plugin config since the portal assumes there is an _ after the prefix
