Every now and then it gives the message:
"You either are excluded from this quiz or you have already finished it."

I was using an old version and it was working fine. I just updated to the most recent one and it started doing it.
Everyone who gets those message already finished the quiz (whitelist quiz).

i found out it says it everytime i get stuck in something, for example //tool tree, place a tree with worldguard u get stuck in the leaves and StartersQuiz messages you. Everytime.

Hello, So members who finished a quiz are receiving the message?

I try to take a look at the plugin this week so I ask you to be patient and if needed go back to an earlier version.

Yep it tells everyone who finished the quiz that they are excluded or finished the quiz, on every WorldChange/Stuck/Teleport/etc.

Every time you teleport you get the message that you don't have a quiz anymore. Try to set the NoQuizMessage property in the config.yml to false also and see if that works.
