What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

It would be awsome, if StartersQuiz would check over fishbans.com (which has an JSON-API) if the player who wants to be promoted has bans and -if configured- don't promote on global bans. (OP should decide and manu promote him)

With this feature your plugin would be awsome AND unique :-)

So you want a feature that checks fishbans.com if the player has been banned before somewhere else is that right?

I just took a look at it. It is a nice idea and I think it's not really hard to implement.

However I am also working on another update so it's not the only thing i will be working on, but I will add it to the next update or maybe asap after the next one.

Yes, exactly.
If the api returns a global ban (http://fishbans.com/apidocs/) the user should not automatically promoted. The player (and the OPs/players with a permission e.g. "sq.banalert") should receive a message instead of promoting him.

It would be super-awsome and enhance your plugin so much.

i am feeling terrible to ask you for an other thing :P but this would be nice for a certain MCbans reputation also ...

I am still working on this feature but at the moment I am busy with school. I hope to continue this weekend.
