I made this plugin as I am a moderator on a server and All the admins get /ac for admin chat but I have never seen a All round staff chat.
So this plugin help's you and your staff talk in private.
There is going to be support on this plugin so if you have any problems send us a ticket.

Commands
sc - Usage: /sc <message> - Sends a message to the staff chat
stc - Usage /stc - Toggle's The chat on all the time or off so normal chat.

Exsample:
/stc
StaffChat only chat When you type.
/stc
StaffChat off You can only See the chat from staff.
/sc Hello
Will say hello in staffchat only.

Work's with:
permissionsEx
Groupmanger
And any permission based Plugin's

Permissions:
staffchat.isstaff - Tells the plugin that the user is a staff member.
staffchat.ischat - Allows the user to send the messages to the chat.

Staff online:
Staff chat Pm = Private message in staff chat so the people with socialspy Cannot see.
