This is a experimental bukkit plugin that will make sure of the ConversationAPI. With this plugin the dream is to allow server members to apply to be a moderator in-game, by answering some questions via a "conversation".

With this plugin the idea is that once reaching a certain level of play time with a server they will gain the permissions to use this plugin. Once thye have permission they can use a command like /staffapp apply to start a Conversation via the ConversationAPI linked here. This conversation will ask questions and based off of input possibly have different branches to it as well. Once all the questions have been asked the responses would be logged into a database (mysql/flatfile/sqlite3) so that they can be reviewed either in game by a admin/mod or via a web based interface.

The hope with this is that instead of players having to fill up a forum with staff applications, or writing your own web form, you can easily allow players to apply to be a member of your servers staff while ingame.

Idea:

• Apply in-game
• Check application status ingame and out
• Staff can mark a application as read, approved, declined, pending further review, or needs more information
• If more information is needed, it will notify the user upon every login and/or on a time based repeating notification until they supply the necessary information
• Applications that need more information but are left alone after a time period will expire and be dropped.
