Spawn Combat
About
SpawnCombat is a PvP plugin designed to allows players who have been Combat Tagged to continue the fight in protected areas. Instead of ignoring damage in 'invincible' and 'no-pvp' WorldGuard zones, full damage is allowed. No more running into spawn to wimp out of a fight! Additionally, this plugin will alert players how much Combat Tag time they have left, as well as when the Combat Tag expires. Notifications are sent to the player every 10 seconds.
This plugin is also compatible with Campfire, so new players under protection can still run away into spawn.

Permissions
- spawncombat.immune - Grants immunity to SpawnCombat, and you can't get hit inside protected zones.

5.8.0 just hit bukkitdev recently. BukkitDev has been slow to approve files due to the massive amount of new files being uploaded for 1.5. You should be able to grab it now, though it says "Not recommended on the download" I haven't had any issues while running it.

In general, a spawn area does not allow PvP combat, so you can't zerg-rush new players as they spawn, and so people on PvP enabled servers have a place to hang out and chill with one another.
This is all well and good, until people start abusing it to wimp out of fights that happen near the spawn border. This plugin only enables PvP in protected areas for those who are currently Combat Tagged.
What is the use of this? People can just not ise the no-pvp flag if they want pvp...
