/sas - Main command
/sas clearchat or /sas cc or /cc - Clears chat for normal players.
/sas reload or /sas rl - Reloads plugin.
/sas notify or /sas n - Toggles notifications for admins.
/sas lockchat or /sas lc or /lc - Locks chat for normal players.
/sas unlock or /sas ul - Unlocks player's chat if they are pending captcha (may be buggy).

exempts player's chat from being totally wiped.
