Smart Welcome
Features:
Sends a specified message to both new players and regular players. It also broadcasts a message every time a player enters for the first time in the server!

- /sbmsg <Message> Sets Sets the Global Message (only when a new player logs in).
- /snpm <Message> Sets the Private Message for new players, when they join the game.
- /spm <Message> Sets the Private Message for regular players, when they join the game.

In the config file, %player% will be replaced by the player name.
