Bukkit

We got some big changes in this one:

- merged /sleepy set and /sleepy target into /sleepy target [new target], old permissions are still working

- added autocompletion to commands

- improved the help screen

- added plugin info to /sleepy

- added a placeholder system for chat messaging (%p is playername, etc.)

- performance improvements

- added descriptions to config file

TODO:

- add better usage info to config file

- add automatic updating
