Go to the Bug Tracker.

Click on "Open a new Task anonymously".

Summary : - Your report title.

Task Type : - Choose the type of task you want to report.

Category : - Where are you found this bug ? / What your report is about ?

Operating System : - Choose your Operating System.

Reported Version : - The version you have when you make that report.
