What is SimpleYeller?
SimpleYeller gives admins the ability to yell a title and or subtitle to the whole server or to a spesific player. More features will come.

Commands
To everybody on the server:
- /yell [title],[subtitle]
- /yellt [title]

To a specific player:
- /yellp [player] [title], [subtitle]
- /yelltp [player] [title]
- /yellsp [player] [subtitle]
