Perms are world-specific #12

    Hello!

I wanted to ask if perms are supposed to be world specific?

For instance: I'm tyring to set up a system where my players have to reach a special part of the map and click a sign to earn the right to warp to that spot without having to walk through the traps I set up. However, this only appears to work from the world they click the sign in. If they clicked the sign in the min world, but go  in the nether or the end, they no longer have the permission to warp until they return to the main world. The room I'm trying to let them warp to is called Hammer.

    The sign is:

    [Perm]

    ess.warps.Hammer

    0

It works fine from the main world, but again, they cannot do so from the end of from the nether. Is this intended? It seems like a bug. If not, is there a way to edit the config? I tried adding promote-users-globally to the perm section as you had setup for promotion signs. Didn't work. I tried perm-users-globally. Didn't work. Oddly enough, the inherit signs do work globally.

Thank you for taking the time to read my request for help!
