SignColours
SignColours allows all players on the server, or people with Permissions, to add coloured text to signs. Simply use the # or the & character (depending on which edition you chose) followed by a hexidecimal digit (0-f) to give the rest of that line a colour.

- Supports Bukkit Permissions
- Stable, rarely needs updates.
Upcoming Features
- None planned

Instructions
Colour codes are the same as chat message colours:
using a # in a sign in any other circumstances will keep the # symbol
As an example, adding the text to a sign:

@McSebi96
Will do :)
Please could you add support for colour codes l, m, n, o and p? The ability to underline text on signs would be awsome!
@CoWs_they_go_moo
It already works. I'll recompile and reupload just in case ;)
@jhs232
Already possible. Just use multiple # or &s depending on your edition.
@prattcmp
So basically you took my plugin and did nothing but make a new post? Thanks :)
Add this to your ToDo list:
Players are able to add multiple colors to one line
If it is already possible then tell me how to do it.

I would really love and update compatible with 1.2.3 bukkit :) If you could do that for me, i would be most thankful :D
Thanks, Aaron.
is this compatible with Deadbolt? Since Lockette is outdated, I installed deadbolt... But now that deadbolt is on, And I use the '&' On a sign, it changes to a question mark... ? Any ideas When Lockette will be updated ? Or is there another sign colors plugin ? Thanks. -onecoolkid19
@vittek
Thanks a lot!
Just popping in to say that this plugin works with 1.2.
:)
The plugin has been approved. You can now use the download feature.
@Taien1
Until they approve, download from here http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/signcolours/files/7-sign-colours-1-3-edition/ and here http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/signcolours/files/8-sign-colours-1-3-edition/

They really need to approve your file. I'd like to download :)
I've updated the plugin for Bukkit's new event system, waiting for file approval. I'd like to note that just because I haven't updated in months doesn't mean I've abandoned it. I plan to update SignColours, SimpleHat, and RealCompass for a long time to come. The three plugins rarely need updating, except for Minecraft updates that change something like add a new colour or change the polarity, or when Bukkit implements a different way of handling events, etc.
@Puremin0rez
It's been updated. I guess I can release it now.
You're plugin is currently not ready for R5 and I'd love for you to update it - Thank you :)
Hi, for some reason the colour doesn't come up in my sign. I write things like &4Hello Welcome etc and it creates Hello Welcome etc without colour! Can anyone help me? Am I using a wrong version? P.s I use MineCraft 1.1
@deleted_6835265
Sign colors permissions seem to be half broken. I think if you don't give permission they can do &a but if they have permission they can do &a and #a.
Could you check this please?
Please return support for the old Permission 2.7.x or at least support Vault.
Thank you.
it turned out it didn't work for me because i used the original permissions "signColours.e" and now its "signcolours.e" :/
@Infuscu
It seems to be conflicting with Spout. I don't use Spout so I'm not sure what I can do to fix it. Maybe download a new Spout version?
