Fixed a few bugs and added SignCartExtensions! Simply place a sign near the signcart with the title 'SignCartExt' and your name will be added as the second line. Type /signcart ext add <name> to add someone else in taking profits!

• The player tends to suffocate some damage if there is a block above the rail (Eg a sign)
• If the player had stepped on a pressure plate, then goes on a ride but disconnects during it, he will immediately reactivate the redstone when returning, causing him to start the ride again. At'll show him!
• Currently partial-block radius's aren't supported, which is a little annoying
