Ideas?
If you have any more ideas on how to improve this plugin, please leave a comment below.
Great and simple plugin! Thank you! Do you have a place where i can donate?
And btw it would be great if you could force more than 15 characters, because if i want it formatted it takes 2 characters (for example if i want the text red, ill add &4) but when it's outputted it only takes under 15 characters
Thank you so much, I know there are others out there, but this is the first I found and it works perfectly.
Version 2.0 is released.
@BiweGas
Yes they do. If you look at a SG lobby wall (as an example) people with 15 character names have the last character cut off for the gray text if they are dead.
in sign they dont...
@BiweGas
Colors actually do take a character.
hey, can you say colorcodes is not a text cuz i add colorcodes and it say's text shouldn't be a 15characters long but codes are not characters... Tweak Somehow please :D
@BiweGas
Nope.
@soysuva
Already handles colors. As for the scrolling text: We will see.
@kreezxil
1.5.2 is correct, and I'm planning on keeping it updated.
Hopefully you are making this for 1.5.2. I do like the new features. However, http:dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-mods/signedit/ still works in 1.5.2 although they haven't upgraded since October 2012.
Idea: add color support? Also make a long text scroll from left to right (or right to left)?
will it be with mysql stuff?
I like your idea of copying and shifting lines. I may add this to my signs plugin as well ;)
@geigenmusikant
You can open the sign interface with some hackery, which is why my signs plugin requires BKCommonLib as a dependency. However, the only downside is the sign editor window cannot be populated with any text as that's purely controlled by the client.
@Omega221
If you have a lot of text on a sign and you messed up somewhere you can just edit that one line and not have to retype everything.
@geigenmusikant
I don't think so, but I'll look into it.
Is it also possible to open up the sign interface if you right-click the sign or something?
And one more question, what happens when the text is too long?
I think that plugin will be very useful, I'll be using it :D
There is really no Point for this Plugin.. But its original
