1. fixed error where users with names longer then 16 letters long could not use vessels
2. fixed error where player could not break there own vessel sign

1. A lot of unused code has been removed, making less variables, meaning Vessels can be bigger

• blocks fall out dispensers
• [eot] movement may make a player teleport to the wrong place (if on the same y axis as the EOT)
• some blocks may dupe themselves (known are redstone repeaters, iron doors, double wooden doors, pressure plates, signs)
