Features

Display rules for players, when player connect to the server or write command /rules.

Configuration

In auto-generated file config.yml is this

rules:  |
        SERVER RULES:
        1. Do not grief!
        2. Do not use strong language!
        3. Be friendly to other players!

You can add/remove rules in the config.

this is the best rule plugins ever i just change the rule and the config is very easy to change wow my best server rule plugins ever
