Bounty Vision
BountyVision allows the player (who toggled it) to see who has a bounty on them by displaying the name above their head red.
Installation
- Install Vault and TagAPI first. (DON'T FORGET THIS)
- Download ServerBounty and install it the same way.
- Run your server once to generate the files.
- Done!
Commands
- /bounty place <player> <price>
- /bounty delete <player>
- /bounty raise <player> <price>
- /bounty top
- /bounty vision
Permissions
- serverbounty.* - All permissions.
- serverbounty.claim - Allow a player to claim the prize on kill.
- serverbounty.place - Allow a player to create a bounty.
- serverbounty.delete - Allow a player to delete his own bounty.
- serverbounty.raise - Allow a player to raise a bounty.
- serverbounty.top - Allow a player to see the top bounty's.
- serverbounty.vision - Allow a player to toggle bounty vision.

Posted Dec 26, 2013It works but if you place a bounty on someone and you do the bounty vision thing their name doesn't turn red no errors appear in the console either.

Posted Aug 18, 2013How about instead of a red name you have your bounty displayed below your head if you have a certain permission. Color cusomizable in config. serverbounty.viewbounty will be able to view the bounty *optional* maybe even able to do /bounty view (with serverbounty.view.self as permission to view your own bounty anytime)

Posted May 13, 2013@roggbart It works on my server without errors, just a little bug: When someone placed a bounty on a player and someone else places a bounty on the same person too, the secound person will lose the placed money, but the bounty doesn't get raised. The money from every other person that places a bounty on the same person will disappear completly. Maybe you could fix that, very nice plugin :D

Posted Mar 4, 2013You should set up a ticket system :P
1. Players can only set one bounty at a time. If they create one then create a second one it still takes their money but removed their previous bounty. Could you change it so they can create multiple bountys or have a message come up in chat telling them they need to wait until their bounty is complete or delete their current bounty before placing a new one.
Edit: They can do more than one bounty but it does not appear in the 'top bounty list'... I currently only have 2 top bountys showing and I personally have placed about 10 to test it out. Can this be fixed?
2. Have another command option to see all bountys (/bounty all <page number>) or list a certain players bounty amount (/bounty <playername>)
3. You should add an option for servers to place bounty charges/taxes on any bountys placed. It should be set so they can configure a set charge amount or a percentage of whatever is placed... or a 'false' setting if they choose not to want this option

Posted Mar 3, 2013Couple of bugs; People can do negative numbers, sometimes the tag doesn't update until a player relogs, or sometimes it never updates. Sometimes If someone sets a bounty on a player, then they kill that player they wont receive their money back. Very rare occasion, but sometimes it says "org.bukkit.fall (something like that) has killed <playername> and recieved <amount>. That means the plugin is pretty much saying that fall damage killed the player somehow. Those are the only bugs i have seen, none of which are server breaking. Just wanted to report it.

Posted Mar 1, 2013not sure if its just me but it created a memory leak on my server. takes about 2 hours and it will max out 16gbs of memory not sure great plugin besides that. for now i have to keep it off
