How It Works:
- Disable Your Global Chat So No Users Can Speak Globally,
- Then Set Up The local Chat Broadcast Radius E.g 100
- This Will Allow People To Hear Within The 100 block Radius
- Then Install SHOUT, To Enable Your Players Communicate To Each Other Across The Server.

Posted Aug 27, 2012And the download is where? Btw I need help, is there anyone else who has tried many /shout plugins that have all failed? I use GroupManager with Herochat. Can someone please help? And also how do I disable access to a certain group with Herochat?
