Changes your game mode easily.

Commands:

/creative - for creative
/survival - for survival

Permissions:

ChangeGameMode.Creative - for /creative
ChangeGameMode.Survival - for /survival

Right now you can only change your game mode not others.

Please give some constructive feedback.

To-do:

Add commands to change others game mode
Add multi-world support

add a "Default world Gamemode" feature. i need on of them.
