        Commands: [ ] = Required < > = Optional
                /sendme [Player] [Message] - Sends that player a message
                /tele [Player] - Teleport To A Player
        Permissions:
                None at the moment
        Planned Features:
                Chat Colors
                Anything Else You Guys Want!!!!
