Changelog
- Permission node "s86powers.enable" now true by default.
- Can assign powers as types other than their default type, command "/powers set [player] [power] [type]". Ex: "/powers set sirrus86 acrobat defense" will set Acrobat as a defensive power rather than a passive one. Power's behavior will still function normally.
