Bukkit

This is similar to the automation designator but it adds a way to make the automations for 1 person only or deny 1 person.
The pattern would have to include a true name head, and a key block.
The functionality goes like this: only the player who owns the head, that was in the rune, may activate the automations this designator is linking.
The key block would change the behavior so that only the person who owns the head CAN'T activate the automations.
