Changelog

Early 1.7.2 build, new runes (Genesis and True Name Altar) still have UAT and refinements to go through before completion.

Seeking test feedback from users with regards to Waypoints/ Teleporters (and derivatives), as there have been some significant behind the scenes changes here, and i'm not sure I covered all the bases.
