For installation place the rsp.jar file into your servers plugins folder and start the server.

You need WorldGuard to run RSP, currently. To persist any permissions or allow individualy permissions for players you need to set them up with a permissions plugin for instance (PermissionsEx, bPermissions, or a plugin linked with Vault).

RSP will create a default configuration file (rsp.yml), which can be reloaded at runtime.
