Nation name shows town name. #5

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    I am not exactly sure.
    I am using Towny 8.2.0.5

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    I expect it to look like *nationname* *townname* [Admin] FaithlessGod
    But instead it shows the town name twice.

    What version of the product are you using?
    The 1.1.0 snapshot.

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    There is no error, it just shows the wrong thing.

    Please provide any additional information below.
    I use the tags shown in the configuration page.
