There is currently no way to use an existing WorldGuard region.When trying to define a RFS region (//rg) using an existing WG region, it says the region already exists even though its RFS region hasn't been define.
You don't have to define a RFS region because RFS regions don't exist, they just rely on WorldGuard.
You can link a WorldGuard region with RFS by using a sign.
