Option to Set groups/ranks #81

    Ok here is what I would like to be able to happen. When a player comes on my server they are set to USER, once they buy a house I want to move the player to the CITIZEN group.

    So I was thinking to add to the general.yml something like this..

    Groups:
       Enable: true
       Buy: Citizen
       Rent: Renter

    So if they buy it it would set their group to Citizen and if they rent it their group would be set to Renter.

    Now for info:
    I am useing  CraftBukkit 1.7.2 R-02 and Ess-Group Manager to manage my groups/ranks
