Changed files: lang_en.yml, readme.txt

• Fixed all recipes printing that they cost 0 exp/level/money when player has 0 exp/level/money
• Fixed @givelevel and @givemoney acting as unknown flags
• Fixed printing <cyan> in a message (there's no such color)
• Made all temporary Shift+Click messages available for edit in lang_en.yml (few were missing)
• Added "recipemanager.noworld" permission to allow players to ignore world restrictions on recipes
• Changed /recipe displaying to display the multiple results along with the chance of success and failure
• Changed furnace recipe's ingredients to not accept data value since the game doesn't support it anyway, also changed it in readme.txt
• Fixed experience changing levels whenever you lose experience and prevents certain bugs (credits goes to nisovin for the class)

* BUG: Shift+Clicking a recipe with multiple results will give the exp/level/money rewards before canceling (fixed in the next version)
* BUG: Players above experience level 150 can't craft anything (get the grass placeholder) due to errors (fixed in the next version)
* BUG: Using a COMBINE recipe will get the rewards and results of CRAFT recipes of the same ID (fixed in the next version)
