RandomChatColor
This is my first plugin and I mainly did this as a practice, so have mercy on me. It's simple but it does what it's supposed to do.
Features
RandomChatColor("RCC") randomizes a chatcolor every time a message is sent. Each user (with the required permissions) can decide if he wants to use it for himself. Which colors are used can be configured.
Commands
/rcc or /randomcolorchat - En/disables the plugin for the command user.
/rcccolors - Lists all available colors ingame.
/rccglobal - Toggle the default state of RCC
Permissions
rcc.* - Access to all RCC commands.
rcc.use - Access to the /rcc and /randomchatcolor commands.
rcc.listcolors - Access to /rcccolors.
rcc.toggleglobal - Access to /rccglobal
Configuration
enabledColors Integer list, IDs of colors enabled for randomizing
players String list, nicknames of players who have enabled the plugin.
enabledByDefault Boolean, sets if RCC is enabled by default or not
I created this after seeing this request.
yay, that was fast.
thx verry mutch :)

Implemented, you can now set the default state - players can still disable it if they want tho. If you don't want them to disable it don't give them the neccessary permission (rcc.use)
works so far fine,
i wonder if you could make it so i can enforce random colors? or atleast have it active by default, instead have it diabled by default?
alot of gameinfo gets passed in white color, so its easy to miss a white player text...
