Whisper-Within-Radius allows players to use the command, /whisper, to locally chat with players in a radius of 10 blocks.(NOW configurable!)

Commands:

• /whisper <message> - This command will send a message to players within a configurable distance of the player's current location. The format will be: <PlayersName>: <message> - The player's name shows up in gray to notify other players that the sender is using /whisper. The sender of /whisper will also receive a message saying: You whispered: <message> If the sender doesn't receive a message that means that no one is online, or there is no one within 10 blocks of the player.
• /whisperhelp - Shows player WhisperWithinRadius help.
• /whispermessage <message> - Changes the <You Whispered> message.
• /whisperdistance <X> <Y> <Z> - Changes the whisper distance using the correct args.
• /whisperreload - Reloads WhisperWithinRadius config.

Permissions:

• whisper.whisper - Allows the player to whisper.
• whisper.message - Allows player to change <You Whispered> message.
• whisper.distance - Allows player to change whisper distance.
• whisper.reload - Allows player to reload WhisperWithinRadius config.
