What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Give race Poisoned Weapon Trait and reload plugin.
2. Become race on server.
3. Attempt to craft poisoned sword.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Seeing the Poisoned Weapon Trait on /race info and ability to make poisoned weapons.

1.1.6

What version of Bukkit / what distribution are you using (Craftbukkit, Spigot, Cauldron, ...)?
Spigot 1.8.8

Do you have an error log of what happened?

You are missing the applications config.
I'm adding it to the default values. Should also help others.

poison weapon trait does not craft poison weapons, it is a trigger-able trait like a spell that applies poison on that strike
