• Fix blocking of lava near players with PvP disabled
• Also block flint and steel near players with PvP disabled
• Now tries to cleanup all scoreboard teams on disable
• Fixed issue with fake players from mods
• Add option to disable nametag for PvP on/off writing 'none'
• Add option to block newbies from picking up items during protection
