• Huge re-code improving code organization and making it easier to add new features
• Add Towny Support (Checks Towny PvP flags and gives priority to Towny)
• Save to users.yml file is now done more often instead of only on shutdown

• Add Optional Broadcast on PvP Toggle
• Add Option to automatically toggle PvP off on death
• Removed permission "pvpmanager.nodrop"(I don't see much use for it)

The feature "Allowed Commands" in combat is not working and instead all commands get blocked.
