Change log

This version already generates a config.yml, the settings should be pretty self explanatory, but if you have any question just ask me.
Also generates a users.yml file to save players with PvP Disabled. You shouldn't edit it manually.

• Punish a player if he disconnects while in PvP.
• Stops a player from using commands while in PvP.
• Configure how many seconds need to pass till the player is not in PvP anymore.
• Saves PvP status of a player between restarts.
