Added A /cg reload Command to reload the configuration in game. Defaults to op an console only.
Fixed Blocked Words Bug So Now They Are Always Detected No Matter What Case Or Where They Are In The Sentence.

Once Installed Start The Server And Let The Config File Generate
Then Restart The Server Or Reload or Type /cg reload And It Should Then Function Perfectly
