What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Some players have requested lower settings for strength and speed, because they feel it is too OP to have strength 3.  The should be able to be customized.  Maybe an adjustment to granting odds in the config as well?  Or, the odds could be individually adjustable so it would be harder to get flying for example than healing, or greatly reduce the frequency of granting.

Pray for farm animals?
