This plugin lets players ride in hoppers!

PlayerHoppers

You can ride in a hopper chain by standing on a hopper. If a chain of hoppers is up in the air, it is important to have a solid block beneath the hoppers. Otherwise, the player may fall out.

This plugin was inspired by a concept by samasaurus6:
