PotionEditor
PotionEditor
What it Does
In minecraft, a potion can be given custom effects, usually requiring NBT data editors. It can also be used on splash potions and water bottles (though the effect won't show on a water bottle). This plugin makes it easier to change the custom effects of a potion simply by using a command.
An example of a custom potion. It also works on a splash potion. Multiple effects can be put into one.

@CyanClay
I don't get what you mean by "making regular potions with all the effects" and making these potions brewable can be an idea for another plugin.
Hello! I see your plugin has much potential! Would you mind making regular potions with all the effects (like a wither I and wither II potion for example)? also, can you please make those potions brewable? Thanks!!
Nice plugin gonna test it now!
