What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create two portals on the floor
2.Jump in on portal and wait to be teleported
3.You'll be teleported up to 6 blocks high after 2 teleportations, which significantly violate the Conservation of energy ;)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should only be teleported to around 1 blocks high, which depends on your initial momentum.
