Permission and usage(Latest version[v1.4.3]):

/pman load <PluginName> : EnablePlugin(Some plugins are not supported. Please be patient while we are investigating.) : pluginmanager.load and pluginmanager.admin(+operator)
/pman unload <PluginName> : DisablePlugin(Change to red plugin: check at /plugins) : pluginmanager.unload and pluginmanager.admin(+operator)
/pman reload <PluginName> : Reload plugin(Some plugins are not supported. Please be patient while we are investigating.) : pluginmanager.admin(+operator)
/pman download <FileName> <URL> : Download a Plugin(Follow a redirect) : pluginmanager.download and pluginmanager.admin(+operator)
/pman delete <fileName> <*pluginName> : This is move the plugin to plugins/plugins_backup : pluginmanager.delete, pluginmanager.admin and pluginmanager.super-admin(+operator)
/pman restore <*pluginName> : Restore the plugin! from plugins/plugins_backup : pluginmanager.restore, pluginmanager.admin and pluginmanager.super-admin(+operator)
*pluginName: Dummy plugin is allowed.
/pman editor <PluginConfigDirectory> <ConfigFileName> <LineNumber(Count from 0)> <Config> : Edit config file! This is pretty dangerous. Only people who know the configuration of the configuration file should use it. :pluginmanager.admin, pluginmanager.super-admin and pluginmanager.extra-admin(+operator)
/pman viewer <ConfigDir> <ConfigFile> <LineNumber> : View config file! If you don't use LineNumber, please set 0(Because it experimental, don't work properly): pluginmanager.admin, pluginmanager.super-admin and pluginmanager.extra-admin(+operator)
/pman update : Update this plugin : pluginmanager.admin(+operator)
(/pman update-dev : Update this plugin to developer version[permission is same as /pman update])
/pman usage <Command> : Shows usage of command.
/pman permission <Player> <Permission node> : Check if player has permission.
/pman config reload : Reload config. : operator
/pman config language <en_US, ja_JP, ...> : Set language. : operator
/pman check : Version check manually. : operator
(/pman check-dev : Version check for the development version.)
/pman [help] : Show help or general information : pluginmanager.help(require operator)
