Remember! Each sign line only has 15 characters long, and the color means 2 used characters, so, you can fill up to 13 characters.
Also, most tags like "On Sale", "SOLD", "Owner", "Last Log" etc... can be customized in the LANGUAGE file, because some user names or prices can be too long, so modifying "Owner" to "O." (for example) will give you more characters for the sign line.
You can set the time between synchronizations in the config file (For owner Signs).

This is how you MUST setup the Sign (real example)

Sign Line	/	Content	/	Comment
Line 1		[Plot Manager]		<This line is a MUST>
Line 2		Sell		<This line will transform the sign to a Sell Sign>
Line 3		plot_7		<This line must contain a VALID region name>
Line 4		200		<This line will show the price with the "Currency_Symbol" from the Config>

And this is how it'll look of you have the correct perms and you've filled the information correctly.

Line 1		- Region -		<Just a Header>
Line 2		plot_7		<This line will show the region name>
Line 3		On Sale		<Will Show "On Sale" or "SOLD" depends if the region has already an owner>
Line 4		200$		<Price with "Currency_Symbol">

Line 2		Owner		<This line will transform the sign to an Owner Sign>
Line 3		plot_7		<This line must contain a VALID region name>
Line 4		...		<This line should be empty, doesn't matter if you type anything because will be erased>
