    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Vault installed
    2. PermissionsBukkit
    2. Pets Installed
    3. Server started

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Pets should probably hook into Vault permissions. Does not:
    Warning: No permissions system found. Using default permissions.

    What version of the product are you using?
    Vault:1.2.18-b229
    PermissionsBukkit:v2.0
    Pets:v1.0.1

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    Warning: No permissions system found. Using default permissions.

    Please update your version of pets to 1.2.8 and retry the tests. A lot of changes to the permissions systems have been made, and one of them could fix your problems.
